vscodeに拡張機能のc/c++を入れて使っているのですがuint32_tが見つかりませんとかLLドライバがifdefで切られていて無効と認識されていたりするのが時々気になって仕方なかったのでちゃんと設定しました。

ちゃんと認識されてますね。
includePathはC言語のもののみ設定してあります。C++のインクルードパスを設定したい場合はSTM32CubeIDEのここに書いてあるパスを入れてください。
gccの定義済みマクロは以下のコマンドで見れます。(windows)
